She conjures up the upper-crust 5th Ave. style that is so synonymous with NYC. That scarf is too amazing, not to mention those shoes, but I'm not sure about the bag though. What do y'all think?

That scarf is the whole outfit. And she is proud of herself. I'm such a fan of mixing pattern and textures that normally wouldn't mix- but with certain colors, mix very well. I guess I like the idea of mixing plaid and designer chain-link scarves....but, i don't know if I appreciate this mix. Something is very off. and I can't pinpoint.
