So NYC's comic convention rolled around town and of course I was there on the hunt for fashionable nerds... and info on the latest comics and video games (So I'm a nerd. What of it?). Well, apart from the millions of
Naruto cosplayers I saw, the f-bots meter ranged from
fierce-bots all the way down to
frump-bots. Well, anyway, here's the cream of the crop of the f-bots who were in "civilian" threads:

I love this outfit because she's got the I-don't-give-a-damn-I'm-a-nerd-and-I'm-quirky-so-suck-it look going on. I love that hat and her socks.
I was not expecting to see someone like this at Comic Con. That just goes to show that nerds come in all shapes and sizes. Even fabulous ones. Not personally my style, but you gotta give her props for looking so fierce.
